The Country Women’s Association helps the community through fund raising and other charitable work. It supports charities such as Fred Hollows, Doctors Without Borders, SES, Eldercare, Cancer Research and many more. You can enjoy the social side of fund raising and know that you are making a difference. You could help to run the CWA market stall where you'll sell a large range of home-made items. Other CWA activities include knitting for the State Welfare Box, Prem Baby Unit, and blankets for people in nursing homes. It's a great way to connect with other women in the community, learn new skills, and make friends.
