Baw Baw Shire Council Group Walk

Meet at Burke Street Park for a friendly group walk for older residents living in the area. Group walking is great exercise and is a chance to socialise while you walk and talk. The regular walk is followed by a complimentary morning tea at Apple Spice Cafe. There are many different walk locations to choose from on the council's website. Contact the organiser or council for details about the day and time of the walks. Everyone is welcome and it's a wonderful low-impact way to keep fit.
