Olga's Zumba Gold is a group fitness class for older people. You can enjoy a fun and simple dance-fitness workout with low-impact, moderate-intensity moves to zesty Latin rhythms and other music from around the world. It's a great way to keep active and stay mobile and all ages, shapes, and fitness levels are welcome. Join the class on Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
