iLA acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands, skies, and waters throughout Australia and the Torres Strait where we live and work. We specifically acknowledge the Whadjuk Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which our head office sits, in Boorloo (Perth), Noongar Boodja (Western Australia).

We pay our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities across Australia, and their Elders past and present.

We are committed to walking together to develop culturally safe information and initiatives that enable people to make informed choices and connections, and support strong, self-determining communities.

Air fryer

What is an air fryer?

An air fryer with the drawer open.Air fryer

An air fryer is a compact countertop cooking appliance. It’s a quick and healthy way to fry food as it heats up quickly and you need very little oil for cooking. You can use it to crisp, roast, bake, reheat, dehydrate, and air fry foods.

It doesn't take up too much space on the kitchen counter and means you don't have to bend down to use or clean an oven.

An air fryer is useful if you have pain, fatigue, upper limb weakness, limited standing tolerance, reduced range of motion or you need to be seated while cooking.

Everyday tips to help maintain your independence
