Keep fit and healthy with The Classics Program at 137 Healthy Club. It’s an exercise program that’s ideal for older people and is challenging but delivered in a non-intimidating and fun way. The class is active older adults and people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. The 45-minute sessions are set to music and made up of movements to help improve your strength and fitness. Join the class every Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am. Pay as you go is $10 at the door and no membership is needed for this class. You will need to book as there is a 10-person capacity.
