360 Health Clinic's Over 50s class is a group exercise class that targets your muscle strength and balance. You'll do safe exercises to improve your balance to prevent falls. Or you can try Pilates for a low-impact exercise to strengthen your muscles and improve your posture. It is also a great rehabilitation option following injury or surgery. Or it's ideal if you are returning to exercise after some time off. Enjoy getting strong and healthy and improve your quality of life with these classes.
