First Nations Elders come together in small groups to be supported and educated about health and community issues. It's an opportunity to gather for activities, celebrations, and yarning. Activities include attending cultural events and going on day trips. You can enjoy guest speakers, arts and crafts, sharing stories, and having morning tea and lunch together. Morning tea, lunch, and transport are provided.
