Join the Colin Betty Gym and Boxing Club for mixed-gender exercise sessions. The sessions are run by a dedicated team of experienced volunteers. There's a treadmill, exercise bike, free weights, and weight machines. You can also use the boxing ring and equipment if you would like to try a light session. Anyone can be a member and the gym welcomes both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people. Join the mixed sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5pm to 7pm and get fit and strong.
