Canada Bay Council operates an Active Adult activities program with day trips and events tailored for older people. The program is for young at heart, active, mobile people over 55. You can join full-day bus outings to exciting locations around the Sydney metro area and beyond. Previous trips include Berry, Wollongong, and the Central Coast. You just need to be active and able to walk moderate distances and not need help getting on and off the bus. Please provide your own transport to the bus pick-up locations. Trips operate twice a month on Thursdays. They’re a wonderful way to meet other seniors in the area and get out of the house to visit interesting places in the region.
