To keep fit and healthy, join this exercise class on Wednesdays at 9.30am. The class is suitable for a large range of fitness levels from beginners. You'll exercise to some great music in the classes and meet like-minded people. A chair is provided as you are seated for some of the exercises, and you can have a break anytime you want.
