Go along to a moderate intensity exercise class at the Len Wort Park to keep fit and strong. It's all set to music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s so it's lively and fun but there's no jumping or floorwork involved. The class includes cardio, strength, and flexibility. Bring your own light hand weights and exercise bands. Join the class on Tuesdays from 8am to 9am.
