Join this class for men to improve your general strength and conditioning. It's for all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Classes include stretching, cardio, and strength training and you can work at your own pace. The classes are at Robina Community Centre twice a week at 7am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you need to book.
