Join this safe and welcoming fitness program if you are feeling a little nervous about starting. With support and guidance, you can learn how to move in a way that matches your level and ability. You will work on building your strength and gaining fitness. You'll use hand weights and a ball, as well as body weight and tummy exercises. Floor work is involved but you have the option of using a chair instead. All classes offer options, and you can work at your own pace.
