Enjoy getting fit and strong with these exercise classes for your mobility and health. The classes are ideal if you want to take things slower or if you are beginning your exercise journey.

You can work at your own pace and improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. You may do some exercises on the floor, but options of using chairs/other supports are always offered.

Join the classes on Tuesdays at 8am but as times and days can change, please contact the provider first.
