Enjoy getting fit and strong with these exercise classes for your mobility and health. The classes are ideal if you want to take things slower, or if you are beginning your exercise journey. You can work at your own pace and improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. You may do some exercises on the floor but options of using chairs/other supports are always offered. Join the classes on Wednesdays from 8am to 9am.
