Join this group fitness class to improve your movement ability, strength, and fitness. It's ideal if you are getting back into exercise or making a new start. Your own personal trainer is there to guide you through a program that benefits your needs, while you have the support of others in the group as well. Join the class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8.30am.
