Join this weekly walking program that is ideal for older people. You'll walk on a flat grassed area around circular lines that form a wheel from the centre. Your walking speed and distance increase as you walk further out of the circle. It is a great activity if you have recently had surgery or have a chronic illness. It's a more supported weekly exercise program where your progress is monitored. Join the walking group on Fridays from 8am to 9am.
