If you’re over 50 and keen to connect with other like-minded people, try these Stay Active exercise sessions. Classes include various muscle strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. These are combined with balance and strength. The classes are great fun and a great way to connect with other older people in the area. Join the sessions on Saturday mornings at 8am.
