Active & Healthy Strong and Stable for Seniors

Join the Active & Healthy Strong and Stable classes to get fit and improve your mobility with other older people in the region. The classes are delivered by experienced Exercise Physiologists so you know you are exercising safely. You will improve your balance, increase your lower body strength, and reduce falls. The classes also include light stretching to aid mobility.
