Join the Ashbury Active Hearts gentle exercise class for the over 50s to keep fit and steady on your feet. You'll work on movement, strengthening, balance, and coordination activities. The program runs for ten weeks during school terms. Classes are also available in Campsie, Revesby, and Riverwood. There's also a range of other exercise classes that are ideal for the over 50s.
