Active Seniors is a gentle strength, stretch and balance class. The class uses a blend of Pilates and yoga to create a total body workout. You will improve your strength, posture, core strength and balance. The classes are also a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends in a relaxed and fun environment. Bookings are essential as there are limits to the class size.
