Join a fun-filled low to moderate intensity class for non-exercisers. It’s also good for people at risk of heart disease and people returning to exercise from a cardiac event (post rehab). You can join Active Seniors classes at three of major aquatic centres around Sydney. These include Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre, Ashfield Aquatic Centre, and Marrickville Aquatic Centre.
