The Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre holds seniors' fitness classes each week. You can join Fit 4 Life, a class involving stretching and flexibility. These classes are for older adults at any fitness level or returning to fitness. Or you can join Strength for Life. This class promotes wellbeing through strength and balance training programs for people over 50 years of age.
