Adult Fit is a friendly, guided exercise class held every Thursday from 5 February to 26 March 2026 at the Dundas Community Centre. The 45‑minute session is led by instructors Jen or Alex and offers a mix of moderate‑to‑high‑intensity cardio and circuit‑style movements.
This class is a great way to support healthy ageing. Regular movement helps keep your muscles strong, boosts balance, and improves heart health. The circuit style also keeps your mind active as you follow different exercises. Joining a weekly group session can lift your mood, reduce stress, and create a sense of community—important elements for emotional and social wellbeing as you age.
