Go along to Ageilityfit at the Helensvale Community Centre. You can enjoy a wide variety of group exercise and fitness classes for older adults. Classes will improve your overall health. You will gain strength, confidence, and independence. Exercises are for abilities and fitness levels. It's a great way to get motivated and active in a safe environment.
