The Albany Creek Leisure Centre is one of the largest health clubs in North Brisbane. The centre offers three heated pools and range of group fitness classes. You can join an Aqua Shallow class that suits all levels of fitness. It helps to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. Or you can try deep water running in the pool at your own pace for improved core strength.
