Albury Wodonga Animal Rescue aims to save as many dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens as possible from being put to sleep. If you love animals and have some spare time to help, consider volunteering for the shelter. You could be a foster carer for an animal, help at functions, or work in fundraising. You could work directly with animals as an animal worker, caring for cats, kittens, and dogs at the hub. Even if you can only give a few hours a week or month, you will be helping to save the lives of animals and giving back to your community. It’s immensely rewarding, and you’ll meet plenty of like-minded people.
