All About Fitness is run by a fitness professional and the classes on offer are perfect for older people. These include all forms of fitness including balance, co-ordination, and flexibility. You can also do some aerobic and resistance training. Try Heartmovers, a low to moderate gentle exercise class. It covers all forms of fitness and is suitable for beginners. The class is safe for people with stable long term health conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, or obesity. Or you can join X Factor, a fitness strength and conditioning program that helps to balance your body. And there is Rehab/S2S, a safe and effective exercise class that helps improve weaknesses for all levels. It's a great place to go to improve your fitness in a safe space.
