Annandale Tai Chi

To keep flexible and improve your balance and coordination, try tai chi. Tai chi is a gentle exercise that is ideal for older people. It challenges your mind and body and has many health benefits. It is known to help your range of movement and concentration. Tai chi classes are also thought to be great for arthritis sufferers and core stability for preventing falls. The class is delivered by Share at the Annandale Community Centre. Join the group on Tuesdays from 11.45am to 12.45pm. The cost is $10 per class.
