Or try aqua aerobics, a gentle exercise class that uses the resistance of water to improve your fitness and strength. Aquatic classes are a great way to improve your fitness. They're fun and are easy on joints and injuries. Land-based fitness classes include Gentle Circuit. It's a low-impact seniors' class if you prefer a slower-paced exercise.
