Aqua Aerobics Woodford offers aqua aerobics classes for older people. It’s also an ideal class for those living with a disability and diverse community members and is offered at a subsidised rate. It’s a great low-impact way to stay active and keep fit in the pool. It’s good for your heart health and core strength and it’s a lot of fun.
