Go along to your local fitness centre to swim in the 25-metre heated indoor swimming pool and relax in the dry sauna and spa. Swimming is a fantastic all-round exercise for your body. It increases your strength and heart/lung health and you can take it at your own pace. Or for a fun, social exercise, try one of the group fitness classes such as deep water running, aqua aerobics, or a stretch class.
