Your local aquatic centre offers a heated eight lane outdoor 50 metre pool and an Olympic-size pool. There is wheelchair ramp access for lap swimming if you need it. There's a covered outdoor leisure pool heated at 31 to 32 degrees with walking lanes, and a 25 metre, heated eight lane pool. This pool is ideal for recreational and lap swimmers and aqua aerobics classes. You can also join a wide range of group exercise classes. The classes will tone and build muscle and stretching will increase your flexibility. You can increase endurance with high intensity cardio, or simply socialise and have fun.
