Tai Chi Foundations is a light 45-minute low-impact tai chi exercise class. It is a series of slow, deliberate movements that are easy on the joints. You will do seated and standing movements that will help to improve your balance and joint flexibility. You'll build your strength and stability, and relax. Each month there is a new routine, providing variety throughout the year. No matter your fitness level, this class improves your posture and supports well-being.
