Join your local Italian Seniors’ Group to stay active and socialise with other older Italians in the area. It’s a wonderful way to meet people, make new friends, share ideas, and have a chat. There is often a range of games, crafts, interest groups, and light exercises on offer. Join the group at the Ashbury Senior Citizens Centre on Tuesdays from 9am to 2pm to get out of the house and have some fun.
