Enjoy a game of table tennis to keep your brain sharp, improve your reflexes, and coordination, and have a lot of fun. It’s an ideal activity for older people, keeps your heart healthy, and burns calories. Join senior practice and social players on Mondays from 8pm to 9.30pm. Bats and coaching are available for beginners. Please wear soft soled shoes.
