Go along to the Atherton Pool to try some aqua exercises to improve your strength and fitness. There is a water exercise program for circulation, balance, mobility, and strength. It’s a fun way to cool off and get fit. The aqua classes are on Tuesdays from 11am and Thursdays from 1pm.
