Australian Hindi Indian Association Seniors’ Group is very active with about 80 to 100 people attending every meeting. Most of the members are retired or semi-retired. Join their seniors’ meetings every second Saturday of the month from 1pm to 4pm at Grevillea Hall. It’s a great way to meet other older Indians in the area. You can stay active, make new friends, and socialise. You can enjoy experts and speakers from different walks of life. Plus, you can join them in annual events, festivals, and celebrations. Most of the important events and festivals including Baisakhi, Diwali, Australia Day, and India’s Republic Day are celebrated.
