Tai Chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's been proven to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It’s a great exercise for all ages and it can help your arthritis. Join your local tai chi sessions on Mondays at 7.30pm, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 9am to meet Chinese and other residents in the area.
