You can enjoy the mental challenge of the game and there are so many benefits of playing for older people. Playing scrabble keeps your mind stimulated and engaged. It strengthens your brain, improves your creativity and memory, and reduces your blood pressure. It can also help your emotional wellbeing and personal confidence. Join the club on Tuesdays at 10am.
