Barre Classes Gordon provides four low-impact classes per week for the over 50s. Classes involve barre work found in ballet classes. They also use Pilates and yoga movements. The class will help you build strength, endurance, and balance. Barre has slow warm up exercises to stretch and warm up muscles and help your posture. No previous experience is necessary. Parking is available in the Gordon Centre and Pacific Highway.
