BayWest BUG Bicycle Users Group

Join this friendly, welcoming group for attractive and interesting bike rides. The social side is as important to the group as the exercise. All rides stop for coffee, cake, and conversation. Every second month you can enjoy a social evening to meet for a meal and a chat. Once or twice a year you can drive further afield for an overnight getaway. There are a couple of bike riding days on trails of outstanding beauty. Leisurely bike riding is good for your strength and fitness, and this group takes it at a gentle pace that's ideal for older people.
