Keep active at the Benalla Aquatic Centre. You can join a range of group fitness classes. You can try Aqua Mover for a gentle exercise class in the pool that's ideal for older adults. Or join Healthy Hearts, a light intensity class focused on strength training and games. You can try the Aqua Movers class for a gentle, low-impact class in the pool. There is also a 25m indoor pool and a 50m seasonal outdoor pool to enjoy lap swimming.
