Join your local Historical Society if you are interested in preserving the rich history of the region. It's great if you are researching your own family history too. The Beverley Historical Society was formed by volunteers in 1987. The society looks after and promotes Beverley`s Heritage. They operate from the Dead Finish Museum. Their meetings are held at the museum at 1.30pm on the 2nd Monday of each month between March and December. New members are always most welcome to volunteer and it’s a great way to meet other like-minded people in the area.
