Visit Bilgoman Aquatic Centre and work towards your fitness goals with their Lap Lovers challenge. Lap Lovers is a personal challenge to encourage you to swim longer and get fitter. There is no pressure to compete with others. Swimming is a great exercise for older people to keep fit and improve strength. Contact staff to learn about the challenge or just enjoy lap swimming for fitness at your own pace.
