It's ideal if you want to better manage your stress levels and improve your mental health. It's flexible and easy to use and makes it easier to talk about your mental health and take action. Mood tracking features allow you to track your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. These are tracked in four areas – depression, anxiety, stress, and sleep. You'll get feedback to help you better recognise the patterns and triggers that impact your mental health. The activities are free, and you can sign up from the comfort of your own home.
