Blacktown Area Community Centre offers a regular yoga class to help improve your strength and flexibility. Yoga also helps improve your health and wellbeing. Join the group every Friday morning at 9am and bring your own yoga mat. There's also coffee and chat every Wednesday at 1pm where you can drop in for a cuppa and meet people.
