Blacktown City Libraries provides English Conversation classes for people wishing to improve their English language skills. Experienced teachers will assess your needs and assist you on your learning journey. There is also a wide range of online language resources to help you improve your English. It’s a good way to get active and even meet other people from different cultures. You can borrow books, DVDs, and other resources from the library at no cost.
