Blacktown Workers Table Tennis Club

Table Tennis New South Wales (TTNSW) is the main organisation for table tennis in the state. They support people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the game, and they run activities such as weekly “Come and Try” sessions and social table tennis games. These sessions are welcoming and suitable for beginners, making it easy to join in and have fun.

Playing table tennis is a great way to support healthy ageing. It helps you stay physically active through gentle, quick movements that improve coordination, balance, and reflexes. The game also challenges your mind as you plan your shots and react to the ball, which supports cognitive health. Most importantly, joining group sessions helps you connect with others, build friendships, and enjoy a sense of belonging.

As the state governing body, TTNSW also provides information, guidance, and support for people who want to learn, play socially, or get more involved in the sport.

If you’re looking for a fun, low‑impact activity that keeps both your body and mind active, table tennis is a great choice.
