BlowFly Cricket is a unique not-for-profit and inclusive cricket club that is run by 150 volunteers. It offers modified cricket programs for children and adults living with special needs. The club is always looking for new volunteers to join the community to enrich the lives of its members. By volunteering, you’ll be helping people of all abilities, ages, genders, races, and cultures. You can help with roles such as coaches, mentors, and friends. Or you can assist with cooking, transport, and coaching. You may just want to chat and engage with members before, during, and after sessions. Outside of their three cricket centres, volunteers run fundraising initiatives. You will get immense satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment from making a positive impact and helping other people. It’s a great way to connect to your local community and meet like-minded people. You can socialise at one of the regular barbeques and have a whole lot of fun.
